25 Σεπ 2019 · I have tried all methods: used HP Scan Doctor, Re-Installed the software many times; Still the message remains the same on my windows10, "Driver not available". Tags: HP Pro 7740.
21 Σεπ 2022 · For a few weeks now, I get the message "Driver is unavailable". I have tried every conceivable solution by browsing the HP forums. I have uninstalled and reinstalled HP programs (HP Doctor, HP Smart, etc...). No result.

I've tried several solutions I found in these forums, including partial and full reset, updating firmware, reinstalling drivers, using HP's support software, etc. Nothing has helped. I can still scan and print with ePrint just fine, I just cannot print directly from my PC.

I get "Driver is unavailable". I deinstalled the programs, HP smart app, used printui.exe /s to remove the driver and rebooted.
