23 Μαΐ 2022 · Hello everyone, with my Elite X2 G8 I got an Active Pen G3 (code 6SG43AA) and I'd like to configure it with HP Pen Control. Unfortunately my enterprise policies disabled Microsoft Store, so I cannot download it in the easiest way 🙂.

Basic Bluetooth® pairing to the device is supported on the HP Pro x2 612 G2, HP EliteBook x360 1020 G2, HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2, HP Elite x2 1012 G2, HP ProBook 11 360 G1 Education Edition and HP ProBook 11 360 G2 Education Edition.
2 Οκτ 2022 · HP is showing in their official video that you can configure the HP active pen G3 in multiple ways using the app. And in reality, you don't have the app or you cannot configure it. Looks like I need to keep my pen in my showcase 🙂
23 Ιαν 2020 · Some pens require a driver. Open Support Home > category Software, Drivers and Firmware. If a driver is installed, remember to enable Bluetooth and connect your pen. For example: Settings > Devices > Switch ON Bluetooth . The compatibility document is updated as new information becomes available.
25 Νοε 2021 · Hello, I've recently gotten an HP Active Pen G3, I've managed to connect it to my laptop (HP Envy x360 15) and the buttons seem to work but it won't draw. I've tried changing a bunch of different settings and installing drivers but nothing seems to fix it.
