You have tried to uninstall and reinstall the drivers, restarted the printer queue service, turned off the firewall, ran the HP print and scan doctor program and the issue still persists.
A print job is stuck in the Windows or macOS print queue and prevents further print jobs from printing. The Cancel and Delete buttons might be grayed out or do not respond to input. Perform the following tasks in the order given. Use the printer after each task to see if the issue is resolved.
30 Οκτ 2014 · I've tried to restart the print spooling service through services.msc and tried to do net stop spooler, delete all the files under spool/PRINTERS and net start spooler. Nothing helps! I've also tried to re-install the printer driver (HP LaserJet) with no use.

Select Printer > Run the troubleshooter. 5. Follow all prompts on the Printer troubleshooter to find and fix problems with printing. Check Print Spooler Configuration.
