11 Αυγ 2017 · Then please follow these steps to the T from this printer offline link: http://hp.care/2uyuO3e and perform steps 4 and 6. This should fix the issue for both printers. Also, make sure that in “Step 9 under other things to try” you disable IPV6 for both printers.
9 Φεβ 2023 · Check to make sure the printer is turned on and connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your device. To find out if your printer is connected to Wi-Fi, see if your printer's built-in menu has options for checking its Wi-Fi connection, or check the printer's manual for instructions about how to add it to a Wi-Fi network.
11 Αυγ 2021 · I'd be happy to assist you with the printer offline issue. Is the wireless light blinking or stable on the Printer? Are you able to print from any other device to the printer?
Check the printer and network connections. Identify issues with Wi-Fi connections that can cause the printer to be unavailable or not found by your computer or mobile device. Perform the following tasks in the order given. Use the printer after each task to see if the issue is resolved.
