21 Ιουν 2017 · Hi, I have just succeeded update my z840's TPM from 1.2 (4.43) to 2.0 (5.62) with SoftPaq: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05806110/ SP87753 supports z840 and 1.2 to 2.0 conversion.
8 Ιουν 2024 · to install win 11 on these workstations download the official MS windows installer in "ISO" format (not the usb one) then download "Rufus" this app will read the ISO image and create a patched usb key installer. that bypasses the TPM/CPU checks allowing win 11 installs on unsupported hardware

Is the very last point on this page the correct procedure to follow for a clean install?

To download the preconfigured OpenCore-EFI for HP Z640 use the following link: https://github.com/HJebbour/HP-Z640-Hackintosh. This OpenCore-EFI should work as is with macOS Catalina, Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura, Sonoma and Sequoia (DP1).
