If I had to guess it wouldn’t work, but the mod is similar enough where it worked with the Vic2 to HoI4 converter with the HPM setting, it only needed flags for the United Kingdom of Portugal and Brazil added and the map configuration file in the converter renamed from HPM to HPMP.
