The Member Self Service website is now available and can be accessed by clicking on the link below: MSS Login. Active members should use their work email address to register for Member Self Service so that it matches the pension’s database and your activation email will then be sent in return.

If you have already registered for Member Self Service, or have received an activation key, please navigate to the login page to sign in or complete your registration. If you wish to register for Member Self Service please navigate to “I’m thinking of joining”.
To sign up for Member Self Service please provide your Surname, NI Number, Date of Birth and email address. Your Surname must match exactly what is held by us. If your pension record matches the email address you submit, an email with an activation key will be sent to your registered email address.
To request an activation key complete the form below and click the Sign Up button. Your activation key will be sent to the email address held on record.

Your annual benefit statement is issued before 31st August each year and will provide you with a snapshot of your pension benefits up to 31st March that year.
