  4. To sign up for Member Self Service please provide your Surname, NI Number, Date of Birth and email address. Your Surname must match exactly what is held by us. If your pension record matches the email address you submit, an email with an activation key will be sent to your registered email address.

  5. To request an activation key complete the form below and click the Sign Up button. Your activation key will be sent to the email address held on record.

  7. Your annual benefit statement is issued before 31st August each year and will provide you with a snapshot of your pension benefits up to 31st March that year.
