The research I've done recently shopping for new tires showed a general trend that the Costco tire center is in decline. Their warranty policy changes I think made last year led many of the complaints but overall bad customer service was a close second.

Prices might seem higher but we only have good quality tires. Buy during a sale, there are always sales so if not wait for one. Michelin and Bridgestone are superior but BFG has good budget tires that will last 60k miles for good traction. We do not cut corners, which sometimes makes wait times longer though.
