Over 130 miles of motorcycle, ATV and 4x4 trails spiderweb throughout this 19,000 acre park. The park's trails include hill climbs, sand washes, wide dirt trails, narrow off-camber shelf roads and this designated 4 wheel drive practice area.
A four-wheel drive obstacle course and a one-mile long practice track for motorcycles 100cc or larger are open to the public. There is also a practice mini-track for beginning riders on ATVs and motorcycles up to 90cc. The track is located at the Smith Forks campground.

Hungry Valley SVRA offers ATV safety classes for kids ages 6 - 17. Students practice basic safety techniques with hands-on exercises that cover starting and stopping, turning, negotiating hills, emergency stopping and swerving, and riding over obstacles.
