The Bachelor of Science [Generic Pathway] nursing program is designed for students who wish to become nurses over a four-year course of study in the liberal arts & sciences and professional nursing. On completion of the program, students are eligible to take the NCLEX-RN exam, the licensing examination for registered nurses.

The Accelerated Second-Degree (A2D) program is a post-baccalaureate program for qualified students who have earned a non-nursing baccalaureate degree and wish to obtain a bachelor of science (BS) degree in nursing.

Graduate Nursing Programs — Hunter College. Apply Online. Deadlines: March 1. Fall admission for MS and DNP (AGPCNP, FNP, PMHNP) programs. November 1. Summer admission for CRNA DNP program. December 15. Summer admission for PhD program.
Only matriculated Hunter College students can apply to the Generic Program. Admission to the School of Nursing is competitive. Generic Program and Accelerated 2nd Degree Program students must be able to attend during the day and evening on a full-time basis, including weekends.
