About the Program. The Bachelor of Science [Generic Pathway] nursing program is designed for students who wish to become nurses over a four-year course of study in the liberal arts & sciences and professional nursing. On completion of the program, students are eligible to take the NCLEX-RN exam, the licensing examination for registered nurses.

The RN-to-BS program is open to individuals who already have an associate's degree in nursing and a New York State RN license. The program may be completed on a part-time or full-time basis. Admission to the program occurs in the fall and spring semesters.

For the CRNA AGACNP DNP program, there is a supplemental fee of $380 per credit added to the CUNY DNP per-credit rate, for a total of $1,000 per credit for NYS residents and $1,380 per credit for NYS non-residents.

Students must receive minimum grades of C in all required nursing courses, including courses in the Biological Sciences.
