"To apply for a Disability Parking Permit, call the Office of the Town Clerk at (631) 351-3206 or go to http://www.huntingtonny.gov/disability-permits where you will find an application and instructions on obtaining a Disability Parking Permit.
Permit holders should bring the permit with them and, also, fill out Part 1 of the application and attach a copy of the permit application showing the medical certification or doctor’s statement. You can get the plates at any Motor Vehicles office. Bring the completed application with you.
