The law in the US currently is that any image that is *depicted* as being of someone underage is illegal, even if the actual image doesn't contain a person who is underage. So if one of those prompts generates an image with real nudity, the fact hypnogram then re-displays it could be interpreted as violating that law.
Recent changes to https://hypnogram.xyz. Seems like there is a hard character limit now for the prompts. Devestating, but understandable. Looks like there's now a gallery of recently generated images. That'd be nice and all, except half of them are the creepiest pornography in the history of all time.
