INTRODUCTION TO IAF MANDATORY DOCUMENTS. The term “should” is used in this document to indicate recognised means of meeting the requirements of the standard. A Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) can meet these in an equivalent way provided this can be demonstrated to an Accreditation Body (AB).
14 Ιουν 2019 · IAF MD 5: 2019 Determination of Audit Time of Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems was published on 7th May 2019 with a 1-year application period, meaning that by 7th May 2020 the new version must be fully implemented and in use by all accredited Certification Bodies.
28 Απρ 2020 · IAF has also extended the application dates for Mandatory documents currently being implemented, the answer to FAQ 24 states “Yes, transition periods of all IAF mandatory documents are extended for six months. therefore, revised application dates are as follows: – for IAF MD 5: 2019 – 7 November 2020. for IAF MD 17: 2019 – 7 November 2020
