1 Ιαν 2023 · You are covered by the IBM Retiree Benefits Plan (e.g. Supplemental Health, Dental and Group Life Insurance) if you retired as a full time employee prior to October 1, 1994 and met the post retirements benefits eligibility in place at the time of your retirement.
1 Οκτ 2024 · If you and your dependents/ spouse are eligible for benefits under the IBM Benefits Plan for Retired Employees (and are Medicare-eligible), you can enroll in the IBM-sponsored Group Medicare Advantage plan options.
IBM will provide eligible employees a new benefit called the Retirement Benefit Account (RBA), and each month IBMers will be credited with an amount equal to 5% of eligible pay.
Retiree Supplemental employees are eligible for the following plans and programs which address health care and savings and are described briefly below: Medical, dental, and vision. Eligibility You are eligible for all applicable benefit programs, except the IBM Employees Stock Purchase Plan, beginning with your first day of employment. Health care coverage (medical, dental and vision) is available for you, your spouse or eligible domestic partner, eligible children and other eligible dependents.
