7 Απρ 2022 · Here is a recipe for a simple and quick way to bake cod in butter like made in Iceland, where fish is the main protein served at every meal.
Ingredients. 800 g (28 oz) cod. 100 g (3.5 oz) butter for frying. 1 head of broccoli. 1 head of cauliflower. 2 red bell peppers. 1 yellow bell pepper. 1 bag of shredded Mozzarella. 500 ml (2 cups) cream. 200 g (7 oz) cream cheese. Method. Finely chop the pepper, cauliflower, and broccoli.
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the cod fillets on a baking dish. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour the butter sauce over the cod fillets, making sure they are evenly coated. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
18 Αυγ 2020 · The lemon, garlic and butter flavour the fish beautifully and mingle with the juices of the fish to make a fabulously tasty sauce to spoon over top. I never eat the lemon, but it does look really pretty sitting there, and of course it imparts a lovely flavour to the fish as well.
