Most of the big etfs are holding their btc on coinbase. Kraken is good as well. Buy your ICP on Coinbase ADVANCED, still a free part of the Coinbase app, you just have to move a slider to switch between CB and CBA. CBA has much lower fees than "regular " CB.
There's nothing special about ICP. All you did was lower your average by trading, or by buying in at prices lower than your average. You are a smart trader, but a lot of people here aren't, and that's why we just prefer DCA and being in the market long term. And for us, ICP is a really bad investment. 0.
What I understood: instead of spending CPU/electricity on mining, ICP allows computers to earn coins as a reward for hosting apps/webpages/services. So instead of paying amazon to host your webpage, you could pay a "miner" ICP coins for hosting.
So at $50bn $ICP would be around $110. However, I think a "fair" valuation for $ICP during a legit bullrun (meaning BTC making new ATHs and a mania in alts)... then we should run into a $10T total crypto market cap. In that scenario, I think $150bn to $300bn mkt cap on ICP makes absolute sense.
