To access data vintages, print-ready data tables, and methodological information for IFS please navigate to the "Archive" tab of IFS dataset portal by clicking on "Archive". On the "Archive" tab, you will see four sections: Publications and Methodological Notes.
The Statistics Department of the IMF is pleased to make available to users the International Financial Statistics (IFS), Balance of Payments Statistics (BOPS), Direction of Trade Statistics (DOTS), and Government Finance Statistics (GFS) databases through the data.
For most countries, IFS Online reports data on balance of payments, international investment position, international liquidity, monetary and financial statistics, exchange rates, interest rates, prices, production, government accounts, national accounts, and population.
The pdf files for the most recent publications can be accessed and downloaded for free from the "Publications" section on the data.imf.org home page. Previous publications are available to subscribers of the text portion of eLibrary.
All IMF data currently reported in the print and offline versions of the IFS will remain available online at data.imf.org. Users seeking point-in-time snapshots of the data can access them under the “Archive” tab on each of the database pages.
