I'm looking for recommendations for a two-burner cast iron griddle. We have one that came with our stove, but it doesn't distribute heat evenly at all. I'd love to be able to have a larger cooking space for making pancakes, grilled cheese, burgers, etc. Thanks!

And it was incredibly durable, promising good performance for years to come. We had a few qualms beyond its price, however.
