To connect & sync your smartwatch to your device, go to the iTouch Wearables app, tap the watch icon on the upper right and follow instructions to Set Up A New Device. Once your iTouch Connected device is connected, it will say Connected on the top of the device page and display the current battery life of your watch.
Initial pairing of our smartwatches and fitness trackers must be done using our mobile app. If you are unsure which app to use, CLICK HERE. Once you have installed our mobile app, follow the steps below.
First, go to your smartphone's Bluetooth settings and forget/unpair your watch. Examples of how to do this on iOS and Android are below. Next, open the iTOUCH Wearables App and follow the pairing instructions based on the device you want to pair: For Air4, Sport4, and Jillian Michaels devices: Scan the QR code displayed on your watch face to pair.
