9 Δεκ 2020 · It took about 4 weeks for me to receive my receipt (I-797 Notice of Action) back in July 2020. If you don’t hear anything back by 6 weeks, I would call up USCIS to ask for an update. I have yet to receive my biometrics appointment (in California) after 6 months of sending in my I-751.

7 Ιαν 2022 · I751 timeline. 2021/2022. MSC Filer.... (sometimes viewed as the slowest ) I751 filed on the 2nd of January 2021. Case recieved 8th January 2021. 18 month extension letter received on 14th February 2021. Biometrics done in July 2021. Interview ready to be scheduled 17th November 2021. 24 month extension letter December 8th 2021.
1 Δεκ 2022 · In all likelihood, this can be solved within 2 months with a mandamus lawsuit. 751 delays make particularly strong mandamus cases in my experience.
27 Ιουν 2020 · If that new i-751 petition is approved by USCIS, you can ask the Immigration Judge to terminate (dismiss) your removal proceeding. If, however, your new i-751 is denied, then you can request that the Immigration Judge review the legal reasons for the denial.
