Town Portal is the easiest way to restart. If the dungeon is failed, exit portal appears next to the character for convenience. King's Guardians deal high damage with their leaps; Nerves of Steel helps. Their Mortars are a threat too, but can be mitigated with The Star of Azkaranth.
Immortal King's Call (previously Immortal King's Legend) is a Barbarian class item set in Diablo III. It requires character level 60 to drop, and only drops at Torment difficulty.
