1 Ιουν 2023 · Select More (...) at the top right of the screen. This will temporarily restore the ribbon. >> Click the More icon. >>When you return to the document, the ribbon will be hidden again. To keep the ribbon displayed, select a different state from the Ribbon Display Options menu.

Here is what it looks like now: But my Junk mail still shows it the old (and preferred) way: I played around with all the View setting I could find and nothing seems to get it back to normal.
Outlook has several different ways to control how the Ribbon (toolbar) tabs and commands are shown. And in recent releases, it changed to not showing all tabs and commands by default. That is why the Ribbon may appear collapsed, hidden, minimized or missing.
