To narrow your results, searches should be done by both first and last names when known. If you know the incarcerated individual's DOC number, searching by this method eliminates one step in the process. Last Name:
Offender Search. *When searching for an offender you may either search by offender name, offender identification number or the offender’s case number (cause number) assigned by the court. *When searching by the offender name, only a last name is required.

The VINE system is a service through which victims of crime can use the telephone or Internet to search for information regarding the custody status of their offender and to register to receive telephone and e-mail notification when the offender’s custody status changes.
