The creation of Success Plans (or Activation) requirement follows a Customer Success Review being completed where the goals are solidified with the customer. We opted for standardized objectives to drive up to 5 focused outcomes, which all have playbooks for best practices and resources.
Is there a template available for Success Plans? Yes, your admin can define Success Plan templates. You can use these templates for new Success Plans. For more information on how to apply templates to the Success Plan, refer to the Create Success Plan article.
I am creating a couple of Success Plan Templates that my team can use to get a quick start. I created one Called First Win, which captures some key objectives that we identify when a new customer goes live.
