This is a unique indoor park or conservatory. It is an acre in size, containing 6,000 plants, including mature trees. The paving is flagstone. There are waterfalls and pools in amongst ficus and Norfolk Island pine trees along with species of philodendron and other tropical foliage plants.

The blooms of the Sunken Garden’s Winter Flower Show (through March 18) and Spring Flower Show (March 24-April 22) will add color to any blah day. Open 10 a.m.-4 p.m. in March, free (donations encouraged).
