29 Μαΐ 2018 · MCLOUD, Okla. – The Oklahoma Department of Corrections conducted a ribbon cutting ceremony Tuesday for its Serelda Cody Dog Training Facility inside Mabel Bassett Correctional Center. The event unveiled a 2,982 square-foot kennel that will expand the medium-security prison for women’s Guardian Angels Program.

Jail Roster. The Oklahoma County Detention Center is located in Oklahoma City and has the capacity for nearly 3,000 inmates. The Chief Executive Officer is Brandi Garner, and the Chief Operating Officer is Tony Towery. The jail is managed by the Oklahoma County Criminal Justice Authority.
STAY is outfitted with two sizes of indoor/outdoor, climate controlled runs. The standard run offers a comfortable 84 sq ft, while our suites provide a spacious 112 sq ft for your canine to relax in. We also feature several expandable runs that can be opened to each other, allowing for large groups of dogs to board together.
25 Ιουλ 2024 · Like the men who reside here, these dogs have come to prison for a second chance. The inmates are as changed as the animals. After graduation, the dogs return to the shelter ready to be adopted and a new group of dogs is brought to OSR.
There are separate isolation buildings for dogs and cats; each unit has an enclosed indoor/outdoor run. Once dogs leave the isolation area, they are housed, according to their size and personality, in one of the kennel’s indoor/outdoor units.
