Riser-Akuma is a remake of Itachi's Mangekyo V2 from Shinobi Life 1, and was remade for use by RiserrDawn in Shindo Story (confirmed by RELLvex on twitter, however tweet was removed). Riser Akuma is almost a copy of Bankai-Akuma, with some slight changes to abilities.

Okay, this is situational so what range u prefere, close or mid, beacuse both cant reach long distance. bankai akuma is trash but 2nd ability best stun in the game cuz it's very fast and stuns everyone around you.
