When you’re selling on eBay, you might sometimes need to get in touch with a buyer. Depending on whether they’ve already purchased an item from you, or have just bid on one of your listings, you’ll be able to contact them in slightly different ways.
Select See request details (if your item didn't arrive) or See return details (if you're trying to return an item). Select Ask eBay to step in and help. Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm. Go to Purchases.

You can also submit a request for your personal data from your eBay account. Here's how: Go to the Account tab in My eBay - opens in new window or tab. Under Personal Info, select Request your eBay data.
