Get in touch with us by email. From time-to-time, our wait times may be longer than usual. To get your answer now, we encourage you to search our Help pages for information first. If you still can't find what you need, scroll to the bottom of most Help pages to see ways of contacting us.
Go to the Seller Information section at the top of the listing and select Contact Seller. Choose the topic that best matches your question on the Find answers page. If you can't find a solution to your question, select Other, then select Contact the seller. Type your question for the seller.

13 Ιουλ 2024 · To contact eBay’s customer service team, go to eBay.com and click Help & Contact. Click on Contact us and select your relevant category and topic (s). Choose from their available contact options: Email us, Call us, Call me, or Ask the Community.
Under Personal Info, select Request your eBay data. If you don’t have an eBay account, you can still submit a request for a copy of your data. eBay is required to verify the identity of everyone to whom we release personal information.
How to contact a buyer through Email. For privacy reasons, eBay is no longer displaying personal email addresses. However, you can still contact the buyer through email using their "Buyer Alias Email Address" which you can find in the View order details page.
