Login using your Inova credentials (Username and Password). Enter your email address on the next screen. If you have not been assigned an email account, please use the following exact format: FirstName.LastName@inova.org. Next, log into the Microsoft Cloud using your email address and Inova password. Follow the instruction to verify your identity.
For HealthStream questions, password or ID issues ,email HealthStream@inova.org or call the Support Desk at 703-889-2000. To utilize the Password Reminder function, users must first create a reminder on the Manage Passwords screen.
