1. Please try to remove the phone case to check if the camera can not be connected. 2. Please check the indicator light, it should be steady green if everything is normal. 3. If the indicator light is normal but the device still can't connect, then the software is out of date.
If you are unable to connect to the app, go to your smartphone's Wi-Fi settings, find your camera, enter the password and return to the app. You can change the camera's Wi-Fi password on the app settings page.
22 Οκτ 2024 · Advanced Settings and Color Profiles. Insta360 Ace Pro 2 has a great Auto preset that manages color, sharpness, white balance, and more, all for you, and it's enabled by default. You can switch to manual and adjust settings as you wish, but we recommend sticking to Auto for most shots.
If systems are stuck, it is recommended to press reset hole to restart the camera to test. If camera operates normally, but the restart fails to solve the problem, please contact technical support team.
