Managed to install the app on windows 11 via WSA Tools in Windows Store. The app starts, but i cannot connect the one x2. I connected the pc to the camera via wifi but the app does not recognize it.
You can download X3 files to your PC, then use the Insta360 Studio to edit and export. Steps. Turn on X3. Swipe down to open the Shortcut menu. Tap the settings icon, then [USB Mode] > [U-Disk Mode]. Connect X3 to your PC via the official Charge Cable. Open the DCIM folder to view the files.
I am having trouble getting files from the Insta360 One X to my Windows 11 PC for editing in Studio and/or Premiere Pro. When I connect the camera to the PC via USB the camera shuts down and the PC displays an error message saying "USB device not recognized.
I upgraded my laptop from windows 10 to windows 11 and now I am not able to edit videos on insta360 Studio 2021 anymore. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app several times with newer and older versions. I tried using with and without acceleration.
