Managed to install the app on windows 11 via WSA Tools in Windows Store. The app starts, but i cannot connect the one x2. I connected the pc to the camera via wifi but the app does not recognize it.
Check your Serial Number. Via the camera: Power on your camera, swipe down to access the Shortcut menu, then go to [Settings] > [Camera Info] to view the serial number. Via the Insta360 app: Connect your camera to your phone via the Insta360 app. Enter the app Settings, then find [Camera Information] to view your camera's serial number.
ONE X2 Cant connect via USB to windows 11. It keeps saying USB device not recognized. I tried different usb cables, different usb ports, even an entirely different PC, same error everywhere. All drivers are up to date and the device is functioning properly.
You can download X3 files to your PC, then use the Insta360 Studio to edit and export. Steps. Turn on X3. Swipe down to open the Shortcut menu. Tap the settings icon, then [USB Mode] > [U-Disk Mode]. Connect X3 to your PC via the official Charge Cable. Open the DCIM folder to view the files.
