30 Απρ 2019 · The Loop check is a control loop operational check. Intended to determine the loop/field interface / HMI deficiencies. The loop check is the process carried out at the final stage of commissioning. Each loop is checked from the reference of the P&ID and Hook-up drawings.
Check all instruments in the loop against their specification sheet. Verify it configurations against required. For Analog signals, the basic 4 – 20mA DC serves as an I/O signal, for Smart type transmitters. Check that cable schedule and wiring is correct and in accordance with the wiring diagram.
