16 Σεπ 2019 · First I get two long beeps and two short beeps. Then all following codes are three long beeps and two short ones. Apparently the first one means a bios error and the second one is ram error. I tried using a different slot for my ram with no results.
If a HP branded desktop or workstation PC makes beeps and does not start, a serious hardware issue is likely occurring. The following beep codes are a reference to many HP desktop and workstation computers. Use these codes first before referring to the other code lists:

25 Φεβ 2022 · The power light remains on, and the screen remains blank for about 40 seconds before anything is displayed. You might hear a series of beeps (usually 8 beeps). Eventually, an HP BIOS Update screen is displayed and the BIOS update begins automatically.
High/Low beeps – Thermal Error: * CPU thermal trip check that the processor heatsink/fan is properly installed. * Check that the thermal interface material is sufficient and is spread evenly. 2 beeps – Parity Error: * Then the BIOS can boot. No video detected. If using an add-in graphics card, reseat the card.
