I made this template for my own use, but figured I'd circulate it in case someone out there needs something like this. Each sheet can print of 8 playing-card-sized item cards. The layout for this card started as simulation of the fantastic Arcana Note's style of item cards.
I updated the standard character sheet to include worn equipment, removed features and traits from the first page, as there's a big box for them on page 2, and added an additional equipment sheet (design credit to u/ladynoodles), all with digitally fillable fields for those that want to use a tablet or phone for their character sheet.

I created a simple and sleek looking form fillable inventory sheet. I use this as the backside of the official form fillable character sheets. I can’t include them combined with this since they aren’t my original content, but you can use many different programs online to join this to your already existing form fillable character sheet.
3 ημέρες πριν · Uncommon Magical Items are one level up from Common ones, not being too difficult to find but requiring a relative challenge to acquire. They could be found in the odd Wizard tower or ancient ruin, but they are very rarely sold in shops, so get ready for an adventure.
