When Scouts or Scout Units travel internationally specifically to participate in a Scouting Event, the Host of the event may require that participants verify their membership in a National Scout Organization (NSO).
There are two categories of grants to which national organisations can apply to: International events (at least four days of events, three international partners, seven countries represented and four in the planning team) and pilot projects.

To apply and be considered as a volunteer with World Scouting, there are several steps to follow: Apply online: First, volunteers need to submit their application through our online form. Applications will be open until 30 October, and will be reviewed as they are submitted.
