I have a user running the most recent update of Windows 11, 22H1, I believe, though it could also possibly be 22H2. Our employees are split between the two as we get everyone up to date. He requires Internet Explorer, or, at the very least, IE Compatibility Mode in Edge, to do his day to day work.

Since it has not been updated, Internet Explorer is not only increasingly useless as a web browser, it's also a gaping security risk. 3 Αυγ 2022 · I am using Windows 10 Version 21H2, Build 19044.1865, Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4180.0. Internet Explorer 11 used to be included. Somehow I did something to eliminate it. I have tried all the so-called tricks to find internetexplorer.exe but it's just not there. IE compatibility mode doesn't work in Edge either.
