18 Ιαν 2020 · We have the Ipad Pro 10" ... it gives me the "you don't have permission" error message when I go to Update it from Itunes. I tried to Restore it as well, but same issue. It is locked up and we can't get it off the white screen with black Apple symbol.

I'm fine with that but when I 'Check for Update' on iTunes a helpful box comes up and tells me: "This version of the iPad software (4.2) is the current version." Things I have tried: Restoring ipad to factory settings. Ensuring I have the latest version of iTunes. Deleting iPad back up (iTunes>Preferences>Devices) incase of corruption.
