The 12 Pro has 6GB RAM, telephoto camera and a LiDAR sensor so i’d go for 12 Pro. 12 Pro. 13 is better then the 12 pro, it has a better camera and cpu, and the displays are about the same. The 13 pro now is a different story: the screen is much better and the camera is also improved.

So I went with the 12 Pro Max. The 13 Pro is at least rated for more battery life than the regular 13 and last year's 12 Pro Max, and there seems to be equal feature between the two top end phones this year.
The main camera of the 13 is better, but the 12Pro has a telephoto camera so zoom shots are MUCH better. The Selfie camera and ultrawide are the same (to my knowledge) and the 12Pro has a LiDAR scanner for more accurate portrait mode and supposedly 6x faster lowlight autofocus. The 13 also has better battery.
