2 Ιαν 2019 · I got LTE network but it got stuck at 3G only. Already restarted my phone, put on airplane mode, take out my sim card and put it back, and also disable sim pin but it still won't connect to LTE network.

You put the phone in your pocket which attenuates the signal sufficiently to force the phone to RAT down to 3G. At this point you take the phone out of your pocket, notice the phone's on 3G, get mad, and toggle Airplane Mode to force the RAT up to LTE.
I would occasionally have sync issues with my iPhone 15 Pro Max but never this stall on step 2 preparing. I've been able to have it sync normally a few times but it also always stalls at step2. What works for me is to reboot the phone.
If I click the little x in iTunes, it then gets stuck on "Canceling sync", for an equally indefinite sort of period. If I simply unplug the phone, everything seems to be synced and happy, but the next time I sync, it happens again.
