19 Σεπ 2023 · I think the initial problem is caused by low available space in phone when starting upgrading, and I upgraded: iOS 15.x --> Unknown Error 7 --> Swipe to upgrade --> iOS 17.4.1 (But still broken) --> iOS 17.5 β to solve all the problem.

Having the same issue, it was working fine last week after the update and as of yesterday it have been giving me the same message as above. My settings are correct and I am able to attach via message app but not able to attach via the picture it’s self.... hope they fix this soon!
