29 Μαρ 2019 · From what I understood is you can't access the folder for your iPhone updates. Please press Windows key + R simultaneously and type in %appdata% followed by the ENTER key. This should lead you to your AppData\Roaming folder.
Using your Windows device, you can update software on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. Connect your Apple device to your Windows device. (You may also need to tap Trust on your Apple device.)
