It actually makes Iran/the military look good. By the end of the series, you loose your sympathy for the Mossad side and you become sympathetic to the Iranian side.
The first episode starts with security assaulting a poor young Israeli tourist and ends in an Israeli spy being sexually assaulted. They also show the Mossad killing innocent people in order to protect their asset.
I would like to encourage and request all to Boycott this TV series, disparage it and review it as the state backed propaganda that it is. The depiction of Iranians in this film is absurd, the hanging bodies in the street are grotesque propaganda.
