25 Ιουλ 2024 · Charging Error eleven (11) indicates a battery hardware fault. Remove the battery from the robot for at least 15 minutes, and place it back in the robot. Then try to run a mission.

6 Σεπ 2024 · Error eleven (11) means the vacuum is experiencing insufficient airflow. You may need a replacement Cleaning Head Module. Begin by removing the Cleaning Head Module by following the instructions for changing the Cleaning Head Module. Next, inspect the fan/scroll/vacuum assembly for debris. Be sure to inspect both the entrance and exhaust.
