19 Νοε 2021 · Error nine (9) means the bumper is stuck and is not moving freely. Briskly tap the bumper several times to dislodge any debris that may be trapped underneath, and then press CLEAN to restart. If no debris is found, it is also possible the bumper could be dislodged from the robot.

If dirt got piled up between the wheels and the chassis, then you might want to use a regular vacuum cleaner to suck out whatever got jammed in there.
