1 Φεβ 2023 · Is CBD oil legal in Texas? Yes. After the 2018 Farm Bill was signed, Texas also signed House Bill 1325, removing hemp from the list of controlled substances. Therefore, only hemp-derived CBD products must be purchased from licensed sellers. Aside from its source, other requirements and conditions must be met to make your purchase legal in Texas.

If a patient has CBD that contains more than .3% THC, they could face felony charges for possession of cannabis or THC oil.
30 Ιουν 2024 · Cannabidiol (CBD) is “conditionally legal” in Texas. In 2018, Congress passed the Hemp Farming Act, which legalized the production and possession of hemp and hemp products nationwide. Hemp was defined as cannabis plants with a THC content of no more than 0.3% by weight.
