I have been to Costco and seen their raw Ahi tuna at really good prices, but it is obviously not "Sushi Grade" as necessary to serve it raw (It states on the label it needs to be brought to a temp of 145F to be safe to consume).

Very useful information :) I utilize Costco salmon and tuna for sushi all the time. I actually just made a huge salmon sushi feast on Friday night using Costco salmon. Lightly cured it for just a couple of minutes in rice vinegar, patted dry, and broke it down!
