18 Ιαν 2015 · It's almost certainly safe to remove those, and unless you have particularly rickety third-party software, you can probably remove any that aren't in use. That said, however, I would advise against demolishing the actual Temp folder.

Because it's safe to delete any temp files that aren't open and in use by an application, and since Windows won't let you delete open files, it's safe to (try to) delete them at any time.
